If you’ve never booked a coach trip before, it’s fair to have questions. What exactly are you paying for? Is the ticket really included, or is that just for the coach seat? What happens if you can’t make the pickup point on time, or the show changes at the last minute?
Here’s exactly what’s included when you book with us, and what to expect from the moment you step on board to the moment we drop you home.
Your Ticket Is Included
Every trip price covers your show ticket or attraction entry alongside your travel. You don’t need to book separately or arrange collection on the day; your seat is confirmed as part of the package. We buy in bulk at group rates, which is part of how we keep prices lower than booking travel and tickets separately.
Executive Coach Travel, Both Ways
Your fare includes return travel on a comfortable executive coach, with reclining seats, air conditioning and toilet facilities on board. You’re collected from your local pickup point and brought straight back to the same stop at the end of the day, no driving, no parking charges, no working out train times home.
A Friendly Host on Every Trip
Every coach trip travels with a host from our team. They’re there to run through timings, answer questions, help anyone who needs it, and generally make sure the day runs smoothly. If anything changes on the day, they’re your first point of contact.
Free Refreshments on Board
Tea, coffee and soft drinks are provided on the coach trip, both on the way there and on the way home. Small thing, but it makes a real difference on a journey into London or further afield.
Pickup Points Across Kent
We run two dedicated coach trip routes across South East Kent, with stops from the A2/M2 corridor through Canterbury, Dover and the villages of east Kent, to the Thanet coast including Birchington, Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. You’ll be given your exact pickup time and location when you book, so you know precisely where to be and when.

Timings, Clearly Explained
You’ll receive your pickup time, approximate arrival time, and collection time for the return journey ahead of your trip. For theatre coach trips, this is built around the show’s start and finish time, with enough of a buffer that you’re not rushing. For day trips, we let you know how much free time you’ll have at the destination.
What Happens If a Show Changes or Is Cancelled
Shows occasionally change cast, and very rarely a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by the theatre itself. If this happens to a show you’re booked on, we’ll contact everyone booked as soon as we’re notified, and talk through the options, whether that’s an alternative date, a different show, or a refund. This isn’t something we can control, but we make sure you’re never left finding out on the day.
What If I Need to Cancel or Can’t Make It?
If your plans change, get in touch with us as early as you can. Because tickets and coach seats are booked in advance and at group rates, refund and transfer options depend on how close to the trip date you let us know, but we’ll always talk you through what’s possible for your specific booking.
Do I Need to Bring Anything?
Just yourself, really. We recommend comfortable clothing for the coach journey and something a little smarter if you’re heading to a show, though there’s no strict dress code. If you have any access requirements, let us know when booking so we can make sure your pickup point and seating work for you.
